The Studio rental is 450 square feet with a king bedroom, family room and fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and everything you need for all your baking and cooking needs. The interior has been beautifully decorated and fully furnished, and the unit includes a private entrance and patio with a view of the Ohio River.

The unit is conveniently located within walking distance of the area’s top restaurants and shopping. Situated right by the river, it is just steps away from the River Town Trail, which spans almost 4 miles and is a popular spot for locals to enjoy daily.

All gas, electric, water, trash, high speed internet, lawn service and furnishings are included. The unit has a full-size in-unit washer and dryer, and includes complimentary thorough cleaning every 3-4 weeks.

For parking, there is on-street parking available within a half-block distance from our home. Tenants are also permitted a 15-minute loading zone in our driveway.

Please note that smoking, vaping, and pets are not allowed on the property. Minimum 3-month lease.
